We do not offer refunds. All physical products in our online store are fulfilled by a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply don’t like the product.
Orders are set to automatically be fulfilled immediately after purchase. Once payment has been made, the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the print provider. Due to that, it is not possible to cancel the order.
In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please email us the details and an image of the damage within 30 days of product delivery. We will organise a free replacement in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, you will need to send the original order back to us at your own cost.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements. You are responsible for correct information at the time when placing your order.
